The units are recently decorated and new-fashioned with a lovely view. The setting is fantastic and marvellous.- It is near to restaurants listed in the info sheets, Windermere town centre, and nearby bars, restaurants, and shops.- The hotel is located 2 km away from a screen cinema.

Marvellous location close enough to the shops / cafes / restaurants, the village and train station, and Windermere and Bowness, and good-sized room. Helpful staff throughout. Freshly made food for the continental breakfast.

Fairly clean venue with savoury and tasty breakfasts and garden views. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Fantastic position very close to main centre, in the very picturesque area.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious guest house in the Lake District. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the stunning beauty of the area. Being close to the center of Windermere meant that we were just a short distance away from all the attractions and activities the lake district has to offer. It was the ideal base for all our adventures.

I had such an amazing stay at this guesthouse! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The hosts, Cathy and Tim, were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the local village with plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The room I stayed in was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I could ask for, including a wide selection of tea and coffee. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had the best night's sleep. The breakfast service was also fantastic, with delicious cooked breakfasts made to order. I had a fantastic experience at this guesthouse and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was perfect, the parking was on-site, the room was neat and en suite. Exceptional staff explained where we were staying. Loved great views. The location was marvellous, for example, High Street was not too far from the hotel. Had freshly cooked dishes in a good restaurant.
